What are you/we fighting for?
[NOTE: Part of brain training involves REPETITION, in different ways, in various contexts and with different media. It is important that you appreciate the importance of repetition and that you EMBRACE it. We will be repeating methods, words and phrases. Make them part of your training, please.]

Are those the most important abilities of your brain or is there a more fundamental and significant purpose to pursue?
Of course, basic brain skills are important, but most of the skills that you are asked to train are there so that you can better pursue other, higher brain functions, such as mindfulness, judgment and analytical thinking, which is where the great brain training program starts.
Please consider then, when we ask you, "What is your brain training purpose", what is the most important answer you can give?
We believe that the answer must be that you are training your brain to achieve your fullest positive life potential within your circumstamces, because that is exactly what your brain is designed to help you do.
Great brain training focuses on supporting you to make
the fullest and best use of your brain. When you do that
you will get results that move you toward your fullest
positive life potential.
THUS, THE VERY FIRST BRAIN TRAINING STEP HERE, as you read the above sentences, is FOR YOU TO RECOGNIZE that they are NOT just some idealistic words you can dismiss or ignore.
First, RIGHT NOW, start training your brain to analyze and value the following sentences.
For you and every other normal human being IT IS POSSIBLE to live by moving toward your fullest life potential, in the same way that IT IS POSSIBLE for an acorn to become a great oak tree in accordance with its genetic heritage and environmental circumstances.
Second, RIGHT NOW, start training your brain to recognize that there are many dimensions, strategies, methods and tactics that make it possible to move toward your fullest potential from this point in time. (For example, the four basic kinds of results that we will come back to again and again, are one "results dimension" that is useful for your brain to integrate into its functioning.)
From now on, as you live your life continue to analyze and value the above two statements, AND take action accordingly!

Purposes and Results
Purposes and results are easily mixed up because in our world and minds a result at one level can be a purpose at another level. In fact, being able to sort out different levels of purposes and results is a key ability to have. For example, we have defined four general types of results as being most fundamental for human life.
- Value Communications,
- Health and Wellness,
- Finance and Prosperity, and
As you participate in our program, it is useful to keep these four types of results in the back of your mind and notice how much of your life relates to them.
